Position Summary
The Clinic Educator provides exceptional clinical education program management and training using sound education practices and innovations to ensure regulatory compliance and top decile quality patient care. Apply principles of change and project management to implement new clinical practices, equipment, and processes. Conducts initial and ongoing clinical coaching and on the job training to achieve optimal outcomes in quality/safety, cost, service and retention. Participates in the delivery of training for the standard on-boarding pathway and provide supplemental training or resources for Retail Health on-boarding needs. Able to adapt and flex to dynamic clinical environments and to the needs of learners and clinical management. Plan, do, check and adjust education items in collaboration with specialty team members and clinical management to ensure learning occurs.Requirements
- Three (3) years combined experience in functional specialty and education/ precepting /training preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current WA State MA-C or LPN license preferred for clinical trainers
- Current WA State ARRT license preferred for x-ray trainers
- Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
- Teaching experience preferred
- Must successfully complete MHS Epic credentialing program within 60 days of hire and maintain ongoing requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $75,941.00 - $109,262.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
