Indigo makes it easy to get the urgent care you need on your terms and schedule. From home, the office, on campus, or on the road, you will always get the same high-quality care from the trusted and board-certified clinicians you would normally see in our clinics.
You may already know that you can get treated for minor illness like colds, sinus infections, and the flu, but it may surprise you that we can also treat conditions like UTIs, acne, bug bites, rashes, and more!
Here are some conditions that can be treated virtually:
- Anxiety/Depression: If you are concerned about your mental health, we offer screenings for adults 18 and older and can help you determine the best type of treatment.
- Pink eye (conjunctivitis): Especially common in day cares and schools, pink eye is highly contagious and can easily spread. If you or your little one needs to be evaluated, our clinicians can diagnosis and prescribe medication so you don’t have to risk spreading the infection.
- Pertussis (whooping cough): Pertussis is a bacterial infection that causes severe coughing and difficulty breathing. Given how contagious pertussis is a virtual visit is a great way to get tested, stop the spread, and get properly treated. We can also treat close exposures or household exposures if someone close to you has been diagnosed with pertussis.
- Skin conditions: Mystery rashes, stubborn acne, ringworm, or other skin infections, can all be treated virtually. We can recommend treatment for your skin complaint or refer you to a dermatologist, if appropriate.
- Bug bites: PNW hikers and campers know all too well the pain and itchiness of bug bites. When there is concern for infection, swelling, irritation, or even help identifying what type of bite, we can help you get relief before the next outdoor adventure.
- STI/STDs: Whether you think you have been exposed to a sexually treated infection or just want to discuss testing options, a virtual visit is a great fit, especially if you want more privacy. We can also prescribe or refill birth control and address any other sexual issues or concerns you might have.
- Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs): If you are having urinary symptoms and are concerned you have a UTI, a virtual visit is a great place to start! We can discuss your symptoms, order urine testing, and prescribe medications if needed, so you can get relief fast from the comfort of your home.
