Where is the new MultiCare Occupational Medicine located?
MultiCare’s newest clinic is located at 19835 10th Ave NE, Suite A, Poulsbo, WA 98370. This location will be open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. To schedule an appointment simply call 360-252-3880.
Occupational medicine also has additional locations to serve you depending on where you're located. Burien, Tacoma, and soon, Mill Creek, are all a short distance from the new clinic in Poulsbo. If you have something more urgent, Indigo Urgent Care is located next door and is open 7-days a week from 8 am to 8 pm. You can also walk in or schedule an appointment at one of our many Indigo Urgent Care clinics across Washington State.
