Location: Remote, preference will be given to candidates that reside in the Greater Seattle area or Great Spokane area, WA.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and launch responsive websites and mobile applications using modern front end technologies.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to bring features from concept to production.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable code that follows best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation, design, and architecture decisions.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and suggest innovative solutions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of professional front end development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience with Optimizely or other content management systems.
• Mobile app development using React or React Native.
• Familiarity with APIs, Telerik UI Components, Sass (Sassy CSS), and AI-assisted code development.
• Knowledge of ADA website compliance standards.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $114,192.00 - $157,706.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
