What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and launch responsive websites and mobile applications using modern front end technologies.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to bring features from concept to production.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code that follows best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to documentation, design, and architecture decisions.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and suggest innovative solutions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of professional front end development experience.
- Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
- Strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
- Experience with Optimizely or other content management systems.
- Mobile app development using React or React Native.
- Familiarity with APIs, Telerik UI Components, Sass (Sassy CSS), and AI-assisted code development.
- Knowledge of ADA website compliance standards.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $114,192.00 - $157,706.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
